Daily Cleanse: Sea Salt Feet Wash

We have covered bath cleanses before, but for those that have busy lives and come in contact with a lot of different people, stress from work, are constantly bombarded with negativity, this is a very quick ritual that will help you get rid of those unwanted energies quickly and efficiently at the end of the day. You just need to take 5 minutes out of your daily routine and just concentrate while you perform this quick procedure.

You will need:

  • 4 tablespoons of sea salt (not refined);
  • water (if you can get mineral water, even better);
  • container to soak your feet in.

You will sit comfortably and pour water into the container, enough to soak your both feet. Put the sea salt into the water and dissolve it. Once it is dissolved, soak both your feet into the water, close your eyes and breath deeply, take several deep breaths while thinking positive thoughts. Really focus and think about getting rid of all that stress and negativity and sending it into the ground. Centre yourself and visualize your body getting filled with golden light.

Do this for 5 minutes, dry your feet and moisturize them (optional, but you really should as this process can dry your skin).

Do not forget to replenish your energy levels with lots of fresh fruit, vegetables, meditation and restful sleep whenever possible.
